This role will join a team that has end-to-end ownership for the Great American End User Delivery Team. Responsible for Config Manager, Operation System Deployment, Application Packaging, Operation System Patching for workstations and servers. The team’s goal is to provide a secure, compliant service for the enterprise. We accomplish this through service excellence based on ITIL guidelines, a strong customer relationship and a focus on technology excellence across all aspects of the service. The team is continually introducing new technologies, supporting remote and centralized infrastructure and collaborating with other business IT teams.  This role will require the individual to work in a team environment and have good communications, work across various IT service teams, and collaborate with third parties to resolve issues when needed.



  • Workstations:
    • Testing various PC hardware configurations in lab environment
    • Validating hardware drivers with updates
    • Loading systems
    • Documentation on the different hardware models
  • Mobile Devices:
    • Testing with Mobile device team
    • Documentation
  • Mac:
    • Build testing
    • Software and driver testing
    • Documentation



  • Familiar with Windows 10, Office 365, Mac (optional)
  • Detailed oriented and be able to document procedures.
  • Candidate should have good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Knowledge of Windows Administration
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, and the individual must possess a structured, methodical approach to systems administration.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and triage issues.
