• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
• Collaborate with end users and project team members on development of requirements, design, and testing of applications.
• Learn new software tools and skills as needed.
• Assist customers and team members on issue resolution and problem solving.
• Participate in test planning, development, and execution for integration and system testing.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation
• Ability to be on call during deployments and support issues

Desired Technology Experience

• .NET languages, preferably C#
• Front-end technologies such as ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, AJAX, XHTML, HTML5, XML, and CSS3
• Web Services (REST, SOAP, XML-RPC, etc.)
• Thorough understanding of Object Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
• Relational databases and data access (JDBC/DAO/SQL), preferably SQL Server
• .NET frameworks such as WCF, EF, and WebAPI
• Experience developing .NET Core applications
• Test automation, unit testing, and code coverage frameworks
• Bonus: Messaging based architecture, asynchronous messaging patterns, queuing systems
• Bonus: Sitefinity Content Management System (CMS)
• Bonus: Progress KendoUI components

• 3+ years related experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Comfortable working with an Agile development methodology
• Participates in pairing and code reviews

• Excellent problem solving skills
