    Our Great American Risk Solutions division is looking for an Office Support Specialist/Senior Office Support Specialist to join the team.

    Responsibilities

    • Compiles and analyzes basic information to be included in reports and presentations. Prepares charts, graphs, presentations, and/or tables of a simple/routine nature.
    • Prepares, receives, and/or responds to routine correspondence following established procedures, ensuring all outgoing information meets quality standards.
    • Maintains files and/or databases.
    • May assist in the administration of programs, projects, and/or processes specific to the operating unit served, including attendance at meetings and formatting of meeting minutes.
    • Utilizes computerized systems for research, tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.
    • Acts as a liaison with other departments and facilitate interdepartmental communication.
    • Demonstrates expert knowledge of department policies and procedures and utilizes broad understanding of the business (including products, coverages, etc.) and organization. Complies with company and regulatory guidelines.
    • Additional responsibilities may include filing, data entry, ordering office supplies, printing, word processing, quality control/review, and various support activities.
    • Serves as a resource for other functional areas throughout our division
    • Other duties/projects as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong verbal and communication skills
    • 1-3 years of related experience preferred
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
    • Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of objects up to 50 lbs.
