    The Fidelity and Crime Division of Great American is currently searching for a Senior Financial Analysis Manager.  The Division underwrites fidelity and crime policies throughout the U.S. for mercantile businesses, financial institutions, and governmental entities.


    • Manages the planning, coordination and delivery of financial analysis activities. 
    • Responsible for analyzing and evaluating potential new products and programs as they relate to organization objectives.
    • Evaluates current and proposed financial plans and policies.  Recommends changes that will enhance the organization’s profitability. 
    • Responsible for data mining and report generation.
    • Prepares budgets, business plans, reinsurance proposals and monthly management reports. 
    • Prepares and reviews financial presentations for internal annual and corporate meetings.
    • Oversees the efficient operation and cost-effectiveness of processes and programs. 
    • Verifies and updates internal controls.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.


    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
    • Minimum of 10 years of related experience.
    • Experience in the insurance industry is preferred, but not required. Must have working knowledge of profit and loss statements.  
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Access, required. Cognos and Tableau experience preferred.
    • Must be a trusted business partner who will initiate action, show sound judgment, and have strong organization and coaching skills.
