    Responsibilities

    • Facilitates meetings as necessary and ensures the team is achieving value from them
    • Helps the team identify and understand risks, dependencies, and impediments
    • Coaches the team and managers in effective planning, management of work, execution of work
    • Focused on what needs to be delivered, why it needs to be delivered, and what success looks like
    • Coaches team on definitions of ready and done
    • Helps the teams foster an environment of trust and accountability to each other
    • Helps the teams to continuously improve their interactions, practices, and processes
    • Gives feedback to the teams, based on metrics, observation and input from others
    • Tracks metrics and works with the team to define small changes that can help them deliver
    • Escalates issues appropriately if the team is unable to resolve skill and knowledge gaps and external dependencies for upcoming work
    • Manages scope, schedule, and budget of projects delivered by your scrum team
    • Mitigates risks and resolves issues

    Qualifications

    • Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent problem-solving ability
    • Must have expertise in leveraging Agile methodologies, preferably as a SM or as a PM who worked with scrum teams
    • Experience leading technical projects/teams
    • Ability to lead and motivate others
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a high attention to detail
    • Ability and willingness to go to a detailed level and perform additional duties outside of the role as necessary, inclusive of task ownership to ensure the solution is delivered on time and within budget
    • 4 to 8 years of related experience.
