Here’s what you would be doing if hired for the position. Strategic Comp is currently searching for a Claims Manager who will be responsible for the oversight and activities of a team of claim professionals. The person hired for this position will be responsible for the day-to-day work and activities of their team. Additionally, the Claims Manager will be responsible for the performance, development and coaching of their staff, including learning and development of their team.
The Claims Manager will primarily work from their home and will be required to travel up to 35% of the time including some overnight travel.
