    The Specialty Equipment Services division helps financial institutions prosper by providing specialized risk management products and service. We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative in our downtown Cincinnati headquarters.  This is an opportunity for an individual seeking to develop a consultative sales approach with other skillsets that may eventually lead to outside sales responsibilities. This position will call on small-to-medium sized finance companies in the equipment leasing industry and turn provided leads into prospects and ultimately sales.


    This position will require 10-15% travel in the United States and Canada. Travel includes day and/or overnight trips to visit customers/prospects and participate in industry conferences.


    • Identifies and develops prospective new customers. Initiates and follows up on new business opportunities, obtains underwriting approval, if required, and closes sales.
    • Develops strategic business relationships with internal and external customers.
    • Has responsibility for attaining annual new business and/or retention goals.
    • Services and maintains renewal business.
    • May sell additional coverage to existing premium accounts.
    • Communicates with insureds/customers and prospective insureds/customers to respond to questions or concerns regarding company products/services. Counsels and advises current customers and prospects on matters of financial protection, coverage, and/or regulatory compliance.
    • May provide guidance and assistance to lower level positions and other functional areas.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.


    • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
    • Experience: 3 or more years of experience in sales, customer service, or account management.
    • Travel: 10-15% throughout the United States and Canada. Travel includes day and/or overnight trips to visit customers/prospects and participate in industry conferences
    • Ability to qualify, negotiate sales and build relationships
    • Strong communication and persuasion skills, as well as a positive approach
    • Self-driven
