    Great American’s Property & Casualty IT Group is seeking a highly-qualified individual to lead its Infrastructure Department. The individual will provide leadership and strategy for the IT Infrastructure group and will work in close partnership with the business and senior leadership to identify and implement leading technology practices


    • Provides support to end users for either PC, or mobile devices (Mobile Phone\Tablet)
    • Provides desk side support to senior executive staff
    • Responds to telephone calls, emails and personnel requests for technical support.
    • Simulates or recreates user problems to resolve operating difficulties.
    • Interacts with other infrastructure\application teams to assure incidents are resolved in a timely manner.
    • Recommends systems modifications to reduce user problems.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.


    • Associate’s Degree, 2 years of technical education, or equivalent experience.
    • 0 to 3 years of related experience.
    • Experience with iOS and Android platforms preferred
    • Experience with Mobile Device Management platforms preferred
