    Responsibilities

    • Provides support to end users for either PC, server or mainframe applications and hardware:
    • Responds to telephone calls, emails and personnel requests for technical support.
    • Simulates or recreates user problems to resolve operating difficulties.
    • Interacts with network services, software systems engineering and / or applications development to restore service and / or identify and correct core problems.
    • Recommends systems modifications to reduce user problems.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Associate’s Degree and 2 years of technical education, or equivalent experience.
    • 0 to 3 years of related experience.
