    ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Great American Risk Solutions is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the President of the division as well as other senior officers and managers within the division.   The person in this role will handle a variety of moderately complex to complex administrative functions and confidential situations. 


    This position will provide general administrative support. Tasks may include:


    • Prepares, receives and responds to moderately complex correspondence (letters, meeting minutes, customer complaints) ensuring all outgoing information meets quality standards.
    • Plays a significant role in coordinating internal and external meetings and events.
    • Responsible for scheduling and coordinating divisional meetings/calls as well as all meeting logistics, travel, materials, presentations, handouts, and catering.
    • Prepares daily and weekly status reports and PowerPoint presentations. 
    • Participates in the preparation and administration of budget and control activities.
    • Answers, takes messages and screens telephone calls.
    • Schedules and maintains calendar of appointments, meetings and travel itineraries.
    • Maintains and orders office supplies / services.
    • Organizes and provides information as needed for the officers, managers and divisional staff.
    • Processes monthly expense report through Extensity for senior leaders in the division.
    • Assists with the on-boarding of new employees.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.


    • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
    • 3-5 years of administrative experience in a corporate environment.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to effectively multi-task when needed.  
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. 
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to work with individuals at all levels.
    • Must be able to work effectively with internal and external customers.
    • Must have the ability to maintain confidential information.
