    Position We Are Filling:  We are hiring an Operations Analyst l.  In this position you will be the primary contact with assigned clients; ensuring efficient and timely processing of clients’ data files; trouble shooting failed processes and acting as a subject matter expert within the department.  You will work on a small team and will be supported by and will support, your team members.


    Where:  Our Bellevue, Washington, office is just off I-90 in Eastgate, with free employee parking and close bus service.


    Schedule:  Full-Time position 30-40 hours per week; Monday through Friday.  Shift may start as early as 6:00 am or as late as 9:00 am, your choice once you are trained. 


    Compensation:  Competitive pay.  We are a pay-for-performance organization. Pay rates are reviewed annually.

    • Create, monitor and maintain daily processes performed by scheduling application
    • Process data files to/from clients and perform quality/trend checks
    • Troubleshoot failed processes and invalid data to reduce potential processing impacts
    • Identify opportunities to increase data quality, including automation and procedural training
    • Provide data analytics support to internal departments and external clients utilizing SQL
    • Assist clients in troubleshooting their data & system issues that impact processing
    • Update and/or recommend improvements to standard operating procedures
    • Perform other duties as assigned



    • Associate degree or equivalent experience in data management/data analysis
    • Experience with Oracle SQL; Microsoft Office Tools
    • Experience working with a job scheduler; data file processing preferred


    Skills and Knowledge:

    • Aptitude for math and statistics and good written communication skills
    • Attention to detail and organization skills are a must
    • Problem solving and investigative skills
    • Able to meet daily deadlines and multitask
    • Self-motivated and dependable
