    • Assists Case Managers in setting up appointments, keeping records and performing routine follow-up.
    • Provides support to Claim department in areas requiring specialized skills or knowledge.
    • Handles requests for physical therapy, durable medical equipment (i.e., walkers, home commodes, etc) and test/surgical requests.
    • May refer test / surgical request to either in-house Case Managers or outside Case Managers for formal utilization review.
    • Prepares, orders and maintains records, reports, registers and schedules.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.


    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • 2 to 4 years of related experience.
    • Knowledge of medical terminology or related experience a plus.
