    Responsibilities

    • Assist an organization in learning the agile process and implementing agile within their corporate software environment
    • Maintain relevant team metrics and help the team understand how to use those metrics to improve
    • Provide instruction and training to software development teams in the area of agile software principles
    • Ensure cross-team coordination
    • As part of the Agile Transformation Team, coach and mentor all areas of the organization in understanding the Agile Manifesto, Scrum Guide and Scrum Values

    Qualifications

    • Expert knowledge of the practices, concepts and procedures related to coaching and facilitating development teams in the adoption and practice of agile principles
    • 3-5 years of hands-on experience as an Agile Lead or Agile Coach, preferably with large organizations
    • Experience in coaching both Scrum and Kanban teams
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Experience in teaching and/or mentoring multiple teams
    • Experience communicating and removing impediments across an organization
    • Proven leadership skills, specifically leading by example (servant leader)
    • Deep understanding of all software lifecycle development disciplines - Project Management, Requirements Management, Analysis & Design, Quality Assurance (Testing), Implementation, Deployment, Configuration & Change Management
    • Scrum Certification in Scrum Master, Product Owner and Agile Leadership desired.
