    Great American is looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our Annuity Sales and Marketing group in downtown Cincinnati, Ohio.  The successful candidate will assist with a variety of administrative functions and projects as we continue to grow.

    Responsibilities

    • Prepares routine correspondence, memoranda, agendas, reports, etc.
    • Facilitates logistics such as scheduling meetings, conference rooms, and conference calls.
    • Assists in the coordination of trade shows, conferences and off-site meetings.
    • Enters information into Salesforce and prepares reports as appropriate.
    • Provides support for agent training, including vendor communication and other initiatives as needed.
    • Provides expense management support and payment processing.
    • Works closely with the sales and marketing teams to gain an understanding of our products, business relationships and workflows.
    • Performs other duties as assigned, including doing some project work, as needed.

    Qualifications

    • 1-3 years of previous office experience in a detail-oriented position is preferred.
    • Excellent communication skills, including being able to communicate openly and effectively with individuals at all levels within the Company.
    • Must have the ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
    • Strong organizational skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
