    Our Annuity Operations division is looking for a Senior Business Research Analyst to join the team.


    • Actively gains and maintains advanced knowledge of the various regulations and reporting requirements for the products / services the company maintains.
    • May prepare and / or verify various customer and regulatory statements, summaries, transactions, etc. for accuracy and compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
    • Researches and resolves complex customer complaints and / or issues, escalated from customer service, policy service, new business, etc.
      • Documents methods / processes to resolve issues, may process corrections into the appropriate company systems.
      • Identifies and recommends potential training and / or process improvement needs to management.
    • May communicate and / or draft communication to policyholders identifying the issue and the resolution / correction of the issue.
    • Reviews and releases processed transactions based on regulatory / contract compliance and accuracy.
    • Participates in processes / projects such as reviewing impact to current policies / practices for system installs / upgrades, changes in regulator environment, etc.
    • Builds partnerships with all areas of the business in order to effectively address account issues.
    • May assist leadership in coordinating and leading the day-to-day activities of business research employees.
    • Applies knowledge of policies and procedures and utilizes general understanding of the business and organization. Complies with company and regulatory guidelines.
    • Provides guidance, technical advice, training and assistance to lower level positions and other functional areas.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.


    Education: Associate’s Degree or equivalent. Bachelor’s Degree preferred
    Field of Study: Business or related discipline
    Experience: 2 to 5 years related experience.
