    Collaborating with teams, the professional in this role will provide Business Analysis expertise to support the delivery of software solutions.  Working closely with the Product Owner, the selected individual will facilitate the analysis, clarification and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements through Business Process/Requirements sessions. Additionally, will work along with team to develop and implement information system solutions.


    The ideal candidate has experience with, or participated in, the establishment of best practice standards and strategies related to business analysis in an Agile environment.  The candidate is capable of managing moderately complex projects.

    • Provides analysis of proposed application integrations with core systems
    • Collaborates on facilitation, clarification and documentation of associated business requirements
    • Documents both functional and non-functional requirements using components of the User Story framework
    • Participates in the refinement and prioritization of the team product backlog
    • Participates in the planning, execution and implementation of developed solutions
    • Contributes to test plan creation and/or test execution
    • Collaborates with Product Owner to identify Stakeholders and builds relationships with them
    • Generally supports the Scrum Team through development cycles as needed
    • Stays current with industry practices related to Business Analysis in an Agile environment ensuring continued improvement


    Experience analyzing and documenting complex business processes, creating process flow diagrams, and breaking down requirements into value/detailed stories with acceptance criteria. Familiarity with User Stories, Story Boarding and process modeling a definite plus

    • 3 to 5 years of experience with requirements in an information technology environment
    • Competent in SDLC phases with an emphasis on Agile practices
    • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Experienced at facilitation
    • Proven inter-personal skills
    • Excellent documentation skills
    • Demonstrated initiative
    • Working knowledge of data modeling tools, MS Visio and Microsoft Office 2016
    • Experience with databases, data mapping and ACORD protocol preferred



    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Information Systems, Business Analytics or Computer Science/equivalent experience in field of Information Technology in Financial Services
    • CCBA or CBAP certification a plus
