    We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant in our Cincinnati, OH headquarters. This position will be scheduled 30 hours per week.

    Responsibilities

    • Performs a variety of clerical and administrative support functions. Tasks may include:
      • Schedules and maintains calendar of appointments (paper and electronic), meetings, and travel itineraries. Coordinates related travel arrangements.
      • Prepares charts, graphs, and presentations of a simple / routine nature.
      • Assists with meeting planning.
      • Maintains employee directory and recognition lists.
      • Maintains and orders office supplies / services.
      • Performs SharePoint updates.
    • Provides general administrative support to senior management.
    • May serve as administrative liaison with others both internal and external to the organization regarding administrative issues related to personnel, purchasing, facilities and operations.
      • Assists with onboarding new employees.
      • Organizes and maintains inventory of printed and promotional items.
      • Assists with conference and trade show logistics.
    • Maintains confidentiality.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • 3-5 years of related experience.
    • Strong attention to detail, as well as organizational and prioritization skills.
    • Strong written communication skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Visio.
    • Working knowledge of standard technology and tools such as conference calling and video conferencing.
