    • Responsible for assembling project team, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed and developing / managing schedules to ensure timely completion of project
    • Troubleshoots complex issues and risks, coordinates integration of various modules and ensures compliance with expected quality standards
    • Ensures optimum utilization of resources and management of budgetary targets to meet goals
    • Negotiates / sets / clarifies customer expectations 
    • Communicates project status to ensure customer satisfaction
    • Exhibits expert business knowledge and leverages strong customer relationships
    • Leads the work of others (mentors, prioritizes, delegates and reviews assignments)
    • Performs other duties as assigned


    • 10 or more years of project management or related experience.  Industry experience is a plus.
    • Must have proven experience coordinating multiple projects at once.
    • Must have led highly complex projects lasting 10+ months with teams of 8+ people from cross functions of the organization
    • Strong analytical skills.
    • Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
    • Experience using Microsoft Project 2010.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to express ideas in one-on-one or group setting.
    • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
    • Good meeting facilitation skills.
    • Ability to work effectively with associates at all levels within the organization.
    • Completion of a professional designation preferred; appropriate designations include Project Management Professional (PMP)
    • Strong sense of personal accountability
    • Contributes beyond job role and responsibilities
    • Excellent problem solving skills
    • Passionate about continuously improving organizational practices
