    Responsibilities

    • Administration of Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager
      • Managing SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
      • Desired Configuration Management (DCM)
      • Application packaging
      • Collection Evaluation
      • Advanced support for remote business units
    •  SQL Server Administration:
      • Performing SQL Server Maintenance
      • Data discovery and reporting
    • Mobile Device Management (MDM)
    • Maintaining cleanup and upgrades (AirWatch and Intune)
      • Application deployments
      • Delivering certificates
      • Mobile mail gateway
    • Automation of processes to ease daily tasks
    • Design and architecture of end user computing platform.
    • Advanced knowledge of Windows Server 2008, 2012, and 2016.
    • Advanced knowledge of Windows 7, 8.1 and 10.
    • Advanced knowledge of Office products including Office 2010, 2013 and 2016.
    • Advance knowledge and experience with migrating to Office 365 including Microsoft InTune.
    • Ability to automate utilizing VBSscript, PowerShell, JavaScript, Perl, SQL, Visual Basic, Batch, etc.
    • Ability to develop using Microsoft .NET
    • Collaborates with other technical staff to resolve problems with Software / Infrastructure systems.
    • Ability to lead small to moderately complex projects.
    • Work independently in the absence of supervision
    • Create technical environment documentation.
    • Performs other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline or equivalent experience.
    • Experience: +5 years of related experience.
    • Nice to have: Experience with Citrix, Office 365 administration and Mac environments.

    Skills:

    • Advanced to Expert level of knowledge of Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager
    • Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Systems Center Configuration Manager tools, processes and application patching.
    • Creating reports using SQL Report Builder
    • Understanding of sites and hierarchies
    • Boundary group configuration
    • Installation and configuring distribution points  
    • Client side scripting language (PowerShell, JavaScript, VBScript, Batch, etc...)
    • Advanced level of knowledge in SQL
    • Experience in administering MDM (Mobile Device Management) solutions
    • Understanding of mobile mail with On-premise Exchange
    • Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy
    • Understanding of Azure
    • Test, research and implement new Disaster Recovery technologies.
    • Ability to carry out Disaster Recovery procedures.
    • Document procedures for other team members.
    • Collect statistical information to monitor growth and usage and report to management.
    • Intermediate to high level knowledge of Windows Administration
    • Demonstrated ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment with many deadlines and competing priorities
    • Requires exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, and the individual must possess a structured, methodical approach to systems administration
    • Ability to work with other teams and vendors to troubleshoot and triage issues
    • Experience with servers and blades
    • Experience in administering MDM (Mobile Device Management) solutions.
    • Experience with networking technologies (TCP/IP, routing, etc.)
    • Experience with Office 365 implementation
    • Experience managing various browsers and Java deployment
