    • Administers human resource functions, including recruitment and employment, personnel records, employee relations, job evaluation, compensation administration, benefits administration, organization development, payroll, training, etc. Responsible for employee activities / programs.
    • Participates in developing and implements human resources policies and procedures.
    • Responds to moderately complex to complex questions on human resources policies and procedures. Triages more complex issues to the appropriate staff.
    • Prepares / presents employee communications.
    • Sources, recruits, screens, interviews, checks references, makes offers, coordinates relocation, and coordinates orientation for internal / external applicants and new employees in order to fill current or expected job vacancies. Ensures compliance with company policies, practices, and state and federal regulatory requirements.
    • Administers and maintains group benefit programs.
    • Coordinates, conducts and designs company training and educational programs. Monitors and reports on training.
    • Collects and analyzes data and makes recommendations to management. Prepares reports in conformance with regulatory requirements or organization needs.
    • Provides technical advice to lower level positions and other functional areas.
    • Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of employment law, various human resources functions and current trends.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.


    Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Master’s Degree preferred.
    Field of Study: Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
    Experience: 5 or more years of related experience. Continuing progress toward and/or the completion of a professional designation preferred, such as Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
