Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Field of Study: Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science or related discipline
Experience: 6 or more years of experience in a related role. Proficiency in relational database tools (i.e., SQL, Cognos, etc.). Experience in the medical/healthcare insurance industry and data analytics preferred. May be in the process of obtaining or may have already completed certification in area of expertise; appropriate certifications could include an Associate Insurance Data Manager (AIDM), or a Certified Insurance Data Manager (CIDM), or a Certificate in General Insurance (INS), or Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter.
