    Responsibilities

      • Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst focusing primarily on Access Management services including:
        • Single Sign On using CA SiteMinder
        • Federated Access including Ping Federate and Microsoft ADFS
        • 2 Factor Authentication
        • Password Management
      • Consulting with customers on how best to integrate with the Access Management solutions and then working with those customers on implementation of solution
      • Working along with Architects to design and implement the future state of the IAM solution
      • Operational responsibilities with managing and supporting the IAM services including:
        • Customer Interactions
        • Software Upgrades
        • Enabling Monitoring and alerting
        • Maintaining operational SLAs for availability and responsiveness
        • Look for opportunities and drive continuous improvement
      • Off hours incident and change management responsibilities as part of a rotation
      • Proactively manages and troubleshoots Access Management environment. Looks for opportunities to automate manual tasks for continuous improvement. 
      • Works on multiple projects as a project leader or as a subject matter expert
      • Strong knowledge of integration of Identity Management solutions with Access Management solutions


    Qualifications

    • Passionate about continuously improving organizational security practices
    • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.  Ability to explain technical details in an easy to understand manner.
    • Strong documentation practices
    • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
    • BONUS:  Experience with CA SiteMinder, Ping Federate, Microsoft ADFS, Duo 2 Factor, SpecOps Password Management solutions
    • Experience in both Linux and Windows Operating Systems
    • Experience in Development / scripting languages such as JavaScript, Perl, a plus
    • Team player.  Ability to collaborate across team members and other organizations
    • Strong security focus.  Mindset and decisions from an Identity and Access Management perspective based in Security best practices
    • Experience with complex, distributed Identity and Access Management environments
    • Ability to track and research changes within the information security field and provide actionable intelligence
    • Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong sense of personal accountability
    • Ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly and self-directed
    • Ability to communicate, develop and leverage strategic business relationships across the organization and externally.
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred in relevant IT field
    • Requires advanced technical and business knowledge
