    • Coordinate software update projects
    • Coordinate and document disaster recovery process
    • Provide production support
    • Complete web and intranet notification requests
    • Complete training video requests
    • Complete SharePoint site customization requests
    • Complete Integrity customization and reporting requests
    • Make recommendations for business process improvements
    • Develop and maintain customer relationships
    • Develop and retain strong business knowledge
    • Act as a liaison between all IT areas and business
    • Work collaboratively with IT teams, business partners, and software vendors
    • Update process and product support documentation
    • Keep knowledge database (wiki) accurate and up-to-date
    • Cross-train with other Product Support Team members on various tasks and responsibilities
    • Performs other duties as assigned

    • Ability to think outside the box and champion new ideas
    • PTC Integrity experience a plus
    • Experience leading small to moderately complex projects
    • 3-5 years of related experience in requirements elicitation, designing, testing, documenting and/or maintaining/configuration of applications
