Corporate Claims is responsible for quality control management and technical oversight of all operations and assuring compliance with claims policies and philosophies.  Corporate Claims participates in management of complex, high impact claims and claims issues that pose a potential risk to the corporation.  The Reinsurance Claims Department in Corporate Claims handles assumed reinsurance claims plus the reporting and billing of ceded reinsurance claims.


Our Corporate Claims division is currently seeking an Office Support Specialist in our downtown Cincinnati office.


This position will be responsible for assisting the staff members in the group with several important functions:

  • Responding to law firm inquires and assisting firms with submitting invoices using the Legal Solutions Suite system.
  • Adding and maintaining law firm information in Legal Solutions Suite.
  • Running reports.
  • Reconciling fees against check information.
  • Tracking legal invoices in the Legal Solutions Suite system and the corresponding payments in the GAI Claims System.
  • Monitoring and updating law firm information in the Claims System.
  • Maintaining law firm insurance certificates.
  • Compiling law firm rate requests.
  • Intake of law firm billing into the Legal Solutions Suite system.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 0 to 2 years of related experience. 
  • Good understanding of insurance claims and systems processes. 
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Access.
  • Legal Solutions Suite knowledge and knowledge of GAI claims system is preferred.
  • People oriented and willing to assist others.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Strong organizational skills.
