Here’s what you would be doing if hired for the medical only claim representative position. Your role would be to investigate and manage all aspects of a med only claim, maintaining phone/written contact with all necessary parties. You would verify coverage, investigate, manage, and resolve medical only claims promptly and accurately. You would have the authority to approve or deny payment of medical invoices, and determine case reserves, with up to $10,000 in reserve approval authority.

To apply, you must have a bachelor's degree and minimum of 3 years of workers' comp claims adjusting experience OR a high school diploma and 5 years of experience. Strong consideration will be given to candidates with substantial experience in other states.
You must be a good communicator, in both written and verbal form and be able to work with accuracy and speed with a variety of internal and external contacts.
You also need to have experience and skills in the use of computers and software programs as these are used extensively in this position.
