The P&C Enterprise Data Management Program is part of the Product, Data and Compliance Department. We provide leadership in the creation, implementation and oversight of enterprise information and data management goals, standards, practices and processes aligned with the goals of the organization. We provide advice and support in relation to all aspects of information and data management including data ownership, information usage and classification. We promote Enterprise Data Management at an executive and senior management level.


  • Assist in the development, documentation and implementation of the P&C Enterprise Data Management Program.
  • Support the development and continued rollout of Collibra “Data Governance Center” – an enterprise-wide data governance application.
  • Work with enterprise data partners to understand their data needs and use of “Data Governance Center”.
  • Contributes to the development of project plans and timelines.
  • Provides estimates for planned work.
  • Documents problems and coordinates resolutions.
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related discipline.
  • 0-5 years related experience including a solid understanding of programming concepts and relational data models.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply new skills.
  • Strong problem solving skills with the ability to effectively investigate issues.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, set priorities, multi-task and adhere to tight and changing deadlines.
  • Experience with vendor applications a plus.
  • Experience working with REST API services a plus.
  • Property and Casualty insurance knowledge is a plus.
