Manages individual contributors and provides mentoring, coaching, and feedback; appraises and evaluates team and individual performance and makes compensation recommendations.
Works with other departments to manage and coordinate interdepartmental activities in order to ensure that Summit meets both internal and external customer expectations. Coordinates and participates in production support as needed to ensure that customers receive prompt and efficient resolutions.
Candidate needs strong working knowledge of project management methodologies, IT principles and guidelines. Working knowledge of programming concepts and relational database design. Knowledge of IBM I (iSeries) RPG, SQL, and DB2 is highly desirable. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Effective communication skills both verbal and written.
