    Responsibilities

    • Assists with building strong relationships with customers through interactions and providing support.
    • Regularly corresponds and may participate in visits with agencies and brokers. Ensures the delivery of excellent customer service.
    • Responds quickly and effectively to customers' inquiries and / or requests for materials.
    • Provides support to other staff and to customers in coordinating / transferring books of business and ongoing contract management. Identifies and triages key issues.
    • May participate in providing education / training to assigned agents or clients regarding company products, programs, product line news / issues, eligibility guidelines, risk and pricing philosophy.
    • May work with Corporate Legal and / or Corporate Communications to prepare and / or distribute promotional correspondence (newsletters, pamphlets, et.) and / or marketing collateral to existing and potential customers.
    • Maintains customer, prospect and competitive landscape data in divisions' files / record keeping systems. Prepares reports as requested.
    • Develops working knowledge of systems and / or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database. Assists with entry into systems and reporting.
    • Provides support in the planning and execution of both internal and external events, including outings, functions, events, conventions, trade shows and other industry / association events.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience.
    • 3 or more years related experience.
