Our Internal Audit Department is currently seeking an IT intern with responsibility to assure the safeguarding of assets and the reliability of company records for American Financial Group, Great American Insurance Group and their subsidiaries through the performance of audits.
Assists in performance of internal audits and review of internal controls for effectiveness and efficiency. Provides assistance in testing information systems in accordance with the audit process/steps prescribed by management. Informs the audit coordinator of the progress of assignments and discusses results of the tests and recommendations for improvement. Communicates with Internal Audit management through audit workpapers and memorandums.
Must be available to work 15-25 hours/week while in school, with the option to work 40 hours in the summer.
