Responsibilities

Positions We Are Filling:  We are hiring Customer Service Representatives.

 

Where:  Our Bellevue, Washington office is just off I-90 in Eastgate, with free employee parking and close bus service. This position offers the option to work from home upon meeting performance standards.

 

Schedule:  Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available. Typically, part time is Monday through Friday, 4 hours per day, and full time is Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day, but we can work with alternative schedules.

In our Contact Center, you will:

  • Receive inbound phone calls from customers, answer their questions, and help solve problems
  • Make outbound phone calls to insurance agents and brokers to confirm information
  • Respond to correspondence and information requests by e-mail
  • Perform data entry of information into our insurance-tracking database
  • Gain product knowledge so you can talk about product features
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Note: You will not make outbound sales calls – this is a customer service position

Qualifications

Experience:  New to customer service and insurance? That’s okay! We offer paid training. If you already have customer-service experience, you may earn a higher hourly rate.

 

We Are Looking for:  Great communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in learning how to provide excellent customer service.

 

Requirements:

  • Good typing skills: 35+ words per minute – if you are not sure of your typing level, we can test you and provide guidance on improving your typing skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
