Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to Claim department:

 

  • Preparing business correspondence, including transcription
  • Editing/proofreading of documents
  • Issuing and printing claim checks
  • Creating and maintaining spreadsheets
  • Sending and receiving UPS mail and packages
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Candidate must have a high school diploma. Professional telephone skills are required.  Candidate must have the ability to take directions from multiple sources and be a team player.  Candidate must be organized with the ability to multi-task.  Candidate must be a self-starter that possesses strong oral and written communication skills.   Candidate must have basic skills in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
